URL Shortener

The URL Shortener is a tool that is used to shorten URLs into the form of ~~name~~isn.isoc.link/example where ~~name~~isn is your ~~ISoc's~~ISoc ~~ISN~~Short Name and example is any string of characters you set, preferably a word or words relevant to link you are shortening. For example, if you are shortening a link to a fundraising page for donations, then you can shorten it to ~~name~~isn.isoc.link/~~donate~~.donate.
